School District Services

Behavior Frontiers is also certified by the California Department of Education as a nonpublic agency to provide behavior intervention design (BID) and behavior intervention implementation (BII) to school-aged children with autism and other special needs. A BID staff member is essentially the behavior supervisor who assesses the student’s behavioral needs and who designs a behavior intervention plan for the student. A BII staff member is the equivalent of a behavior instructor who works one-to-one with the student to carry-out the behavior intervention plan. Both staff members are essential for a student to receive effective ABA services.

Regional Center Services

We provide ABA services for children through California Regional Centers. California Regional Centers are nonprofit private corporations that contract with the California Department of Developmental Services to provide or coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Helen Lane, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Director — Temecula/Murrieta Region

Helen Lane is a highly motivated individual who has the passion to serve individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Helen studied at California State University, San Marcos, where she graduated Cum Laude earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2016. In pursuit of furthering her professional growth and knowledge, Helen attended National University where she graduated with Honors earning her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. Alongside furthering her education, Helen obtained and completed her Supervised Independent Fieldwork, which ultimately led her in becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020.

Helen has worked in the field of ABA for over five years with individuals ranging from age 3 to 23 years old in the home, school, and community setting utilizing the basic principles of ABA. Helen has experience in implementing and training others in Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior (VB), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Functional Communication Training (FCT), Natural Environment Training (NET), and various Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Systems.

As an Clinical Director, Helen oversees and supports clinical staff in the Temecula Region. She is truly dedicated in growing and expanding staff knowledge, overseeing creation and implementation of individually designed programs, and supporting and serving each and every one of her clients and their families.
