We are actively hiring great people like you to deliver our valuable ABA services to our clients in the home setting, and now in Centers in select areas. We have implemented many safety guidelines so that our employees can deliver our services with safety precautions that limit the risk of infection from COVID-19. Specifically, our team members working in client’s homes and centers must wear masks or cloth face coverings, wash their hands frequently, and limit their physical distance and interactions with clients when it is not needed for the client’s treatment plan. We also prohibit individuals who are sick or who have been exposed to COVID-19 from participating in treatment sessions.
Behavior Frontiers is currently conducting interviews through video conferencing and we have adapted our training program to include video instruction and video-conferencing activities prior to training overlaps at the client’s home. Our remote hiring and training procedures are designed to help us all to social distance while bringing more talented individuals onto our exceptional team!
